About
The Wealth School is a Swiss institution for the formation of wealth stewards, founded in December 2025 and registered as the Institute for Stewardship Intelligence. It is based in Montreux and works across Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
It begins from a proposition: that wealth is exercised through more than money, and that the capacity to steward it can be formed, taught and examined.
This letter
A weekly letter on decisions and stewardship through 9 forms of wealth, read together and never netted.
Each letter takes a decision a family or an individual meets in practice and reads it across the 9 Life Capitals — the School’s framework for the forms of wealth a life draws on. The capitals are read together, because a decision rarely moves only 1 of them, and never netted against one another, because a gain in 1 does not settle a loss in another.
Who reads it
Those responsible for wealth and for the people who will come to it: principals and the next generation of their families, and the advisers, trustees and officers who work alongside them.
The wider work
The School teaches through open classes, convenes families and practitioners, and conducts research on wealth stewardship. It is built as a commons: a Swiss non-profit alongside a UK company, so that the discipline it develops stays available to the field rather than to the institution alone.
